Abstract |
The bilateral agreement is the result of a research and development joint venture between EPA and BMBF that was established to compare innovative approaches to remediating hazardous waste sites. The Bilateral agreement has two objectives for each partner country: (1) to gain a comprehensive understanding of the other country's approach to remediating hazardous applied waste sites and (2) to evaluate the effectiveness of innovative technologies being applied at these sites. |
