| Abstract |
This report analyzes the effectiveness of the total Comprehensive Data Handling System (CDHS) in achieving its stated goal of aiding the states in reporting their collected air quality and emissions data. This study was accomplished by analysis of the functional usage of CDHS by the state and regional office users, interviewing the management of CDHS, and by interviewing the state and regional office users. |
