| Abstract |
The company performs liquid-liquid extraction of mercury from wastewaters and effluents. The streams and effluents to be treated are put in contact in countercurrent towers with organic solutions containing specific extraction agents. In a subsequent step, the organic solutions are regenerated and recycled to the process. |
