Abstract
This report evaluates the economic impacts of the final NESHAP for pushing and quenching operations at coke plants. The social costs of the rule are estimated by incorporating the expected costs of compliance to a partial equilibrium model of the U.S. iron and steel industry and projecting the market impacts for furnace and foundry coke. The report also provides the screening analysis for small business impacts.
