| Abstract |
The report investigates the concept of the Quality of Life (QOL) and presents a developmental methodology for constructing a measurement scheme. The study gives a brief synopsis of the research that has been done in this area to date, and discusses the functional relationship between objective and subjective conditions used as a theoretical framework to measure QOL and develop a Quality of Life Index. QOL factors are presented encompassing Economic, Social Political, Health, Physical and Natural Environmental Sectors. |
