Abstract
This guidebook provides as overview of the sipbuilding and ship repair regulation. The purpose of the information is to assist the major source facilities to comply with the regulation. The guidebook contains a copy of the regulation and contains several example questions and responses to questions that have been asked by industry or State/Regional representatives. The responses represent the Agency's best guidance and are included to provide some basis for consistency.
