| Abstract |
This report has a detailed estimate of the cost of construction of all needed publicly-owned treatment works in all of the States, to meet the 1983 goals of the Act. Also included in this report are estimates of the total current expenditures for municipal waste treatment in the Nation, as well as projections of those costs to the year 2000. |
