Abstract | This fourth study was carried out in the drainage basin of the Hartford Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) in Hartford, Connecticut. For the most part, this drainage basin provided the opportunity to sample an area comprised largely of commercial and residential flow, with minimal industrial interference. The sampling sites did include a downtown site, similar to the downtown site in Atlanta, which contained a minor industrial park. |
