| Abstract | On September 26, 1989, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) signed a Record of Decision (ROD) (PB90-203498) for the final remedy at the Phoenix-Goodyear Airport (PGA) Site in Goodyear, Arizona. The document provides a brief background of the Site, a summary of the remedy selected in the ROD, a description of how the changes affect the remedy originally selected by EPA in the 1989 ROD, and an explanation of why EPA is making these changes to the ROD. |
