Abstract
The study involved a survey of all drift mine openings in the Upper West Fork River Sub-basin and the development of alternate remedial methods for the abatement of mine drainage pollution. Twenty mine sites were selected from the two hundred twenty-eight mines surveyed in the initial phase. These twenty sites are described in detail herein.
