Abstract | The United States Environmental Protection Agency ('EPA') announces that it has prepared this Explanation of Significant Differences (ESD) to the 1987 Record of Decision (ROD) for the G.E./Moreau Site (the Site), Saratoga County, New York. The ESD documents EPA's decision to waive applicable or relevant and appropriate requirements (ARARs) for ground water cleanup at the Site based on the technical impracticability, from an engineering perspective, of restoring contaminated ground water at the Site within a reasonable time frame. |
