Abstract
The processing of continuous video images is now very feasible and applicable to the study of the transient nature of atmospheric transport and the highly variable pollutant concentrations near buildings. Research is now ongoing to best develop and refine appropriate methods of analysis. The present capabilities for video image analysis are summarized.
