| Abstract |
This report discusses the nutrient and silt problems, the present status of sewage treatment and disposal, the water quality characteristics of the lake waters, and the pollution proposals designed to protect and preserve the quality and beauty of the inter-state (California and Nevada) water of Lake Tahoe, used for public water supply, fishing, and all water sports, and supporting a large tourist economy expected to multiply several times in the next decades. |
