| Abstract |
Standards of performance for the control of emissions from calciners and dryers in mineral industries are being proposed under the authority of Section III of the Clean Air Act. These standards would apply to new, modified, or reconstructed calciners and dryers in 17 mineral industries. The document contains background information and environmental and economic impact assessments of the regulatory alternatives considered in developing the proposed standards. |
