Evidence on potential carcinogenicity from animal studies is 'Sufficient', and the evidence from human studies is 'No Data'. The potency factor (F) for 1,2-propylenimine is estimated to be 259 (mg/kg/day)-1, placing it in potency group 1 according to the CAG's methodology for evaluating potential carcinogens. Combining the weight-of-evidence group and the potency group, 1,2-propylenimine is assigned a 'HIGH' hazard ranking. |
