| Abstract |
The report outlines the results achieved in a pilot mediation project for Superfund cost recovery cases in Region 5. During the course of the project, Region 5 nominated seven cases for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and five mediations occurred. Four of those mediations resulted in settlements. |
