Abstract
The report presents information including guidance for identifying and evaluating non-point sources of pollutants; and processes, procedures and methods to control pollution resulting from changes in the movement, flow or circulation of any navigable waters or ground waters, including changes caused by the construction of dams, levees, channels, or flow diversion facilities. This report is mandated in Section 304(e) (1) & (2) part (F) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972, Public Law 92-500.
