| Abstract |
The bulletin is one in a series of publications designed to present information on water resources research in Minnesota. It is concerned with knowledge as a source of power to large-scale industries and its meaning for pollution problem solution at the societal level. The results of this research should improve the understanding of the social dimensions of the pollution problem and provide valuable information concerning the process by which change occurs or is resisted. |
