| Abstract |
The Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) examines the costs and benefits of an expanded Toxicity Characteristic (TC), which is used to identify hazardous wastes regulated under Subtitle C of RCRA. The document fulfills the requirements of Executive Order 12291, which requires EPA to prepare a RIA for all major rulemakings. |
