| Abstract |
The study develops an estimate of the incremental cost to direct dischargers resulting from the implementation of the proposed Great Lakes Water Quality guidance. This estimate reflects the incremental cost of complying with permit requirements developed using the implementation procedures and water quality criteria proposed in the guidance versus permit requirements based on existing state water quality standards. |
