This manual provides specific engineering guidance and background information for the evaluation and reporting of source/emissions data in NEDS or EIS/P&R format. The manual is designed to assist coders of NEDS and EIS/P&R data who may not be familiar with a wide variety of industrial processes. It summarizes the purpose and organization of the manual. It also presents general coding instructions to supplement those given in other NEDS and EIS/P&R technical references, and presents general guidance regarding the use of NEDS Source Classification Codes (SCCs). |
