| Abstract |
The Guidance for Federal Procurement of Paper and Paper Products Containing Recovered Material contains a proposed set of recommended minimum content standards. These recommended minimum content standards are organized to form 5 paper categories based on similarity of fiber content. These include: newsprint; high grade bleached printing and writing papers; tissue products; unbleached packaging; and recycled paper board. |
