| Abstract |
A successful recycling program must include four stages: the recyclable material must be recovered from the municipal solid waste stream; the material must be delivered to a manufacturer for processing; manufacturers must use reclaimed material in their production processes; and consumers must purchase the finished product containing the recycled material. |
