Abstract
This guide sets forth the basic requirements to be observed by contractors in the management, control, and use of Government owned property furnished by the Government, or acquired by the contractor at Government expense. The purpose of this Guide is to supplement the contract provisions that apply to Government property. In the event of any conflict with the express terms of the contract, the contract provisions will govern.
