| Abstract | As a Superfund site ages and technology progresses, there may be certain approved deviations from the originally signed Record of Decisions. These are signed at the Regional Administrator level and are approved for continued remediation at the site. Changes initiated by EPA are termed Amendments, changes initiated by the Potentially Responsible Parties (PRPs) are termed Explanations of Significant Differences (ESDs). Note: Not all RODS will have either Amendments or ESDs. |
