Abstract
On August 5, 1992, the Record of Decision (ROD) (Department of Energy (DOE), 1992) was signed, documenting the final cleanup plan for the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) Livermore Site in Livermore, California. This Explanation of Significant Differences (ESD) describes a change from an ultraviolet/hydrogen peroxide (UV/H2O2) and air stripping ground water treatment system for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) described in the ROD, to air stripping only at Treatment Facilities A and B (TFA and TFB).
