| Abstract |
The report pertains to hydrogen tetrafluoroborate (-1) (CAS No. 16872-114) and is being submitted because of acute toxicity with central nervous system signs observed in rats and mice. The oral LD50 is 100-200 mg/kg in rats and <50 mg/kg in mice. The material is also a severe skin irritant. The report is being identified as a study involving other than human effects (Unit II.B.2.b of CAP Agreement). |
