Abstract
The second session of the conference in the matter of pollution of Interstate waters of the Raritan Bay and Adjacent Waters (New York-New Jersey) was held on May 9, 1963. The purpose of the conference was to bring together the states, the interstate agency, and the Federal representatives, to lay a basis for future action and to appraise what has been done. It was also to give states and localities and industries an opportunity to indicate what action they have taken under state and local law, and to take whatever action may be appropriate under state and local law.
