Abstract
The Applicant proposes to construct and operate a 1440 MW Power plant. In association with the plant, a 138 kV transmission line, a makeup water pipeline from Toledo Bend reservoir, a blowdown discharge pipeline to the Red River, and a railroad spur are proposed for construction and operation. The Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) documents coordination activities since the Draft EIS was reviewed, and presents revisions to the EIS and project in response to those comments received.
