| Abstract |
A Nationwide Food Consumption Survey was conducted by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) in 1977-78 to investigate the food intake of various selected segments of the U.S. food intake patterns. In this report data was used from the USDA survey to determine food intake patterns by age and sex in the general population and to establish food utilization factors that can be used in assessing radionuclide intake through food consumption by individuals in the U.S. population. |
