Abstract
The capabilities of the various State organizations and Federal agencies to measure nonionizing electromagnetic radiation were determined. The document is intended to aid agencies of the Federal Government in locating possible sources of measurement assistance. The capability descriptions presented are grouped into three categories: (1) gross hazard survey; (2) spectrum scanning in which field intensity and/or power density is measured as a function of frequency; and (3) generalized environmental background measurement.
