| Abstract |
The Pennsylvania Environmental Council, Inc. held a forum to discuss what the State of Pennsylvania must do to comply with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976. Speakers discussed problems of hazardous waste disposal in the Keystone State, the extent of the State program to control hazardous waste disposal, and the Federal provisions of Subtitle C of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act necessary to effectively bring the State into compliance with the requirements for State program authorization. |
