Abstract
The method provides procedures for the determination of dissolved elements in ambient waters at EPA water quality criteria (WQC) levels using off-line chelation preconcentration and stabilized temperature graphite furnace atomic absorption (GFAA). It may also be used for determination of total recoverable element concentrations in these waters. The method contains QC procedures that will ensure that contamination will be detected when blanks accompanying samples are analyzed.
