Abstract
Guidelines for the quality control of determination of moisture in stack gases by the Federal reference method are presented. These include: (1) Good operating practices, (2) Directions on how to assess performance and qualify data, (3) Directions on how to identify trouble and improve data quality, and (4) Directions to permit design of auditing activities. The document is not a research report. It is designed for use by operating personnel.
