| Abstract |
The purpose of this report is to summarize the combined enforcement and compliance accomplishments of EPA, the Regions and the States in Fiscal Year 1986. This report was prepared by the Office of Enforcement and Compliance Monitoring -(OECM) and is based on information and data from various EPA enforcement offices and data management systems. The principal author of the report was Robert Banks of the Compliance and Evaluation Branch of OECM.
