Abstract
The purpose of this Area Contingency Plan (ACP) is to provide an action plan to respond to a release and to promote timely and effective coordination among the entire spill community, including Federal, State, tribal, local, and private entities in response to a discharge or substantial threat of discharge. The ACP applies to and is in effect for the inland waters of within the State of New Jersey.
