| Abstract | Illinois EPA has conducted this seventh performance self-assessment (PSA) in preparation for development of the FY02 performance partnership agreement (PPA). The PSA works in concert with the Annual Performance Report that is submitted for the Performance Partnership Grant (PPG). The performance measurement system we have in place for FY01 is consistent with the Joint Statement between The Environment Council of the States (ECOS) and EPA. We have core performance measures in our agreement for each major participating program. |
