Abstract |
Vitamin C-deficient and normal guinea pigs were exposed to various concentrations of NO2 or air, and lavage fluid was obtained and analyzed for protein and lipid content. Assessment of protein and lipid content of lavage fluid provided a sensitive method for determining subtle changes in the lung following NO2 exposure. |
