Abstract
The document has been prepared for the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Interagency Testing Committee (ITC) by its technical contractor, Clement Associates, Inc. The Committee is charged with making recommendations to the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) with respect to which chemicals should be tested to determine their hazards to human health or the environment. The dossiers were designed to provide the Committee with sufficient information on the chemicals' physical and chemical properties, exposure characteristics, and biological and environmental effects to support an informed judgment on whether they should be given priority for testing. The substances covered are chlorobenzenes, 1,2-Dichloropropane, glycidol and its derivatives.
