| Abstract |
This Final Environmental Impact Statement(FEIS) is a complete compilation and update of material presented previously in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' (USCOE) February 1994 Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) and December 1995 Supplement to the DEIS (Supplement). It also presents information to address concerns raised during the public comment periods on the DEIS and Supplement, and includes the results of additional studies conducted by the Regional Raw Water Supply Group (RRWSG). The organization of this FEIS follows the numbering system used in the Main Reports of the DEIS and Supplement. |
