Abstract
The Workshop on Green Syntheses and Processing in Chemical Manufacturing was held in Cincinnati, Ohio, on July 12 and 13, 1994. The purpose of the workshop was to solicit information from industry, academia, and governmnt regarding research related to the advancement of environmentally benign chemical manufacturing processes. Keynote addresses in Organic Synthesis, Biosynthesis, Engineering Approaches, and Computer-Based Methods specifically related to benign technology were presented by leading experts.
