| Abstract |
This primary study was run on a total of nine albino rabbits, three of which had their eyes washed after the G-TBA was instilled; the remaining six received no rinsing. G-TBA was moderately irritating to washed and unwashed eyes of albino rabbits. All animals exhibited moderate eye irritation for 96 hours after treatment. Slowly reversible comeal damage was noted in both the washed and unwashed eyes. |
