| Abstract | The test article, X-39381 Disilazane, was evaluated for primary eye irritation potential when instilled in rabbit eyes. The eyes of one group were washed after test article instillation and the eyes of one group remained unwashed. No ocular reactions were observed during the 7-day duration of the study. The test article, X-39381 Disilazane, was considered to be non-irritating under the conditions of this study. |
