Toxicity tests to determine the acute oral toxicity and the nature of the skin irritation and allergic sensitization properties of diethyl fumarate, sample No. B-1331 and dimethyl fumarate, sample No. B-1332 have been carried out. In addition, a subacute oral test was conducted on diethyl fumerate.
