| Abstract |
This manual was prepared and used at the workshops presented at EPA Regional Offices. It is broken into two main parts, (1) application guidance (sources) and (2) application review. The application guidance part is broken down in the following subparts, applicability, BACT, air quality analyses, additional impacts analysis as viewed from the prospective source. The application review part covers the same subparts from the reviewing Agencies view point. The manual was based on the final PSD regulations as of August 7, 1980 which were the result of the 1977 Clean Air Act Amendments. |
