Abstract
The purpose of the study was to develop and recommend effluent limitations guidelines, new source performance standards, and pretreatment standards for the shore reception facility industry. Guidelines and standards were developed for the overall industry, which was divided into three major subcategories. Supporting data and rationale for the development for proposed effluent limitations guidelines and standards of performance are contained in this development document.
