Describes the levelized annual cost method for making comparisons among technologies from the end-user`s point of view. Volume 4 gives a detailed explanation of economic analysis procedure for electricity end-use technologies. It examines seven different perspectives for the evaluation of demand-side activities, using net present value as the basis for evaluation. |
