Abstract
Appendix A describes how to determine hydraulic conductivity, hydraulic gradient, and effective porosity. An abbreviated version of EPA's Method 9100 is included to supplement the hydraulic conductivity discussion. Appendix A contains a detailed discussion on how to consider seasonal fluctuations in hydraulic gradients when calculating ground-water time-of-travel.
