| Abstract |
The signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and EPA cover major responsibilities and coordination on CERCLA relocation activities. The signed MOU incorporates comments made by Headquarters and Regional Offices of both agencies on the draft MOU distributed in February. All comments received have been addressed in the MOU or responded to individually. |
