Abstract
The document describes the costs of hazardous air pollutant (HAP) emission reduction technologies for flexible polyurethane foam production facilities. Information on cost and emission reduction potential, as well as process and operational information, was compiled for each technology. Information was collected from chemical manufacturers, product vendors, trade associations, foam producers, and other sources.
